The Goulbourn Jubilee Singers is a thriving, growing community group, and we are in need of your support to enable us expand and develop new initiatives. Perhaps you would like to make a donation to the Goulbourn Jubilee Singers as a memorial gift in honour of a friend or loved one? Become a Friend of the GJS!
How can you help? We have three specific new projects that we are asking our community to support:
1. The Goulbourn Jubilee Singers website:
Yes! We are developing an internet presence for the GJS, with a new website presence. We would welcome your donations, to help us to pay for this new initiative for the Choir. A donation of $50 would pay for one page on our new site!
2. We would like to purchase new music for our Choir library. Each title that we sing costs between $2.50 and $4.00 apiece. With our choir growing, we need to add new titles, and also 'top up' our numbers for current items. A donation of $100 will buy us a new title! Donors would have their names mentioned in future programmes, as benefactors of our library.
3. We are hoping to encourage more young people to join the choir, and we are working to develop some new publicity materials to target a younger generation. We also want to organize new activities that would attract younger singers. With school music programmes being cut, our children and teens need the GJS more than ever before. Keep the next generation singing! Your donation would help us to build the Goulbourn Jubilee Singers of the future!
